A Few Words About Us

Rockitecture Stoneworks offers services, such as: engraving stones (also called sandblasting, carving or etching), cutting stones and core drilling stones for bubbler water fountains.

A large portion of the work done at Rockitecture is with stone signs. One thing that makes Rockitecture Stoneworks unique in the stone sign industry is our design process. We let you "see" your rock before any work begins by digitally placing your chosen design on a picture of your rock. You can work with our designer in the showroom or have us email designs to you.  We are able to provide single or multi-colored designs to match business logos, or to get the right color to match your house.

Many different types of stone are kept in stock at our facility, including: sandstone, granite, schist, basalt, and serpentinite (commonly referred to as Salmon River Jade) which can be used for signs, benches, steps, fountains and other custom stone products.  You may also bring a stone to us to have it engraved.  Please contact us before bringing a stone to make sure it will work with our process.

Stone Engraving (Sandblasting)

The pricing for stone engraving varies based on several different factors, including: the type of stone, the size of the stone, the amount of detail being engraved, graphic design time, the number of colors being painted, the amount of prep work in order to make the stone ready to be engraved and whether or not the stone is being delivered to the customer.

As you can see, each piece is custom, so please call, visit our showroom or email us from the form on the contact page in order to receive a quote for your custom rock engraving project.

Here are some typical price ranges for engraved stone signs:

Name/Address/Welcome Rocks: $100 - $500
Business/Subdivision Entrance Signs: $1,500 - $3,500
Memorials/Headstones: $500 - $2,000

Cut Stone Products
The pricing for cut stone products varies based on the size of the stone, the type of stone and whether or not the stone needs polished. Here are some typical price ranges for cut stone products:

Stone Benches: $550 - $950
Stone Tables: $1,000 - $2,000
Stone Steps: $285 - $350ea
Flag Pole Bases: $300 - $600
